At Sitaara by Sama, every garment is handcrafted exclusively for you. For this reason, all purchases are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Colour preference
• Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners
• Custom or made-to-order garments
  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing photographs along with your order number. Each request will be reviewed individually, and if approved, an appropriate resolution will be offered.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once craftsmanship has commenced, cancellations are not possible.
